What is needed is to get rid of equity, which is not equality nor is it equal treatment, under the law or in admissions.
Diversity and inclusion, in thoughts & opinions, means Democrats & Republicans and others. Every edu org with tax exempt status should have at least 30% Dems and at least 30% Reps. Or no govt support.
We are far away from that. Republicans in Congress can, and should, change that.
Discrimination against hiring Republicans is illegal, but hard to prove in court even when real. Counting and publicizing political parties is an admin, not legal, process.
